Black and white televisionsDomesticThe Emerald-1 (UNT-47-II-1) black-and-white television receiver (UNT-47-II-1) has been produced by the Novosibirsk plant Electrosignal since 1970. This model is a minor upgrade of the Emerald TV produced since 1964. Since 1971, in connection with the new standards, the TV began to be referred to as "Izumrud-201", but it was produced for only a few months. Partly possible because its name repeated the name of the Emerald-201 projection color TV produced since 1959, but most likely there was some kind of installation from above, because since 1971 the plant has focused on the production of TVs only with large picture tubes 59 and 61 centimeters in diagonals.
