Black and white televisionsDomesticSince the beginning of 1980 the Kaunas Radio Plant has been producing the black-and-white television receiver "Orbiter-403DE". Small-sized TV Orbiter-403DE is an export version of the serial TV Shilalis-403D, which has been mass-produced since 1978. The E at the end of the model name stands for Export. The Moscow organization Mashpriborintorg was involved in the export of televisions, as well as other radio equipment. The export TV Orbiter-403DE is an analogue of the Shilalis-403D TV, except for the correction of MV and UHF bands to the European standard. An exception is the higher-quality assembly with the selection of radio components, careful tuning and running, complete with a leather case, a case for storing cords and a spare kit and a headphone.
